As you may know, the premise of this game is quite interesting. You play as a young man, Ike, who almost immediately gets stabbed to death in the street. You are then awakened by a mysterious being who gives you a time travel device to allow to try and prevent your demise.
While the story can be a bit forced at times, it is an interesting back and forth; dying, preventing your death, dying a different way, preventing that death, etc.
Be warned, this is an old ps2 game, and as such it plays like an old adventure game: sparse locales, sparse locals who talk nonsense, some trial and error "puzzles" and such. But it's still an interesting game with an interesting story. Too bad there's no demo, as this game is not for everyone.Get more detail about Shadow of Destiny.
