PSP AC Adapter This instant
When products like this are available, buying an original adapter from Sony seems foolish. This product is very inexpensive and works perfectly. The adapter does not feel cheap and the connector fits snugly into the PSP. The only gripe I had was the less-than-ideal shipping time and the poor packaging. Complaining about the packaging is actually another silly thing to do because the product wasn't damaged at all during shipping.
The device works exactly as it is advertised. The adapter does not appear to be made poorly, it feels like a totally normal AC adapter.
I was very, very pleased with this adapter.Get more detail about PSP AC Adapter.
PSP PlayGear Mod Headphones Immediately
OK, so the price is great, but there is a Home Depot a few blocks from my house. Therefore, I didn't need to order these headphones online if I wanted to know what it felt like to put my head in a vice. After wearing these headphones for a few hours my ears hurt a great deal from being forced against the side of my head. So much for all the promises of comfort in the product description.
Overall though, the headphones do deliver great sound with only a slight amount of distortion with higher pitch sounds. I just started using the headphones so I've yet to discover whether they are as easily broken as stated by some of the other reviewers. My guess is they break due to the constant readjustment to keep the headphones from collapsing ones skull.Get more detail about PSP PlayGear Mod Headphones.

Monster Kingdom: Jewel Summoner Get it now!
To me, a good game should have: a story line, lots of adventure, cool characters, and very creative.
I know, I know, high standards. But this game had it all. I'm really glad i bought it. I can even play it through more than once -- the story line depends on which characters you choose to be a part of your team. And they're entertaining!
I definitely recommend this product.Get more detail about Monster Kingdom: Jewel Summoner.

Fast and the Furious Decide Now
After owning and playing this game for more than a year I would say it is quite alright. To get down to the dirt then, the graphics are what you would expect from a portable, game situations will vary, its AD hoc Head to head capable. Now, basing its genre it would be close to rank it to the Need For Speed Series; the bad news, the vehicles are not as customizable as Need For Speed: Underground 2, load times are slower than expected for a portable racing game, the vehicle sounds are a little vague and not too realistic sounding especially when modified. Now the Good: I would say the game play is more enjoyable than Need For Speed: Most Wanted. There are MORE cars to choose from in this game than in M.W. adding as well why it is better is that in M.W. they removed the drift races, the cars are poorly supplied with modifiable customizations, and you have to run from the police who seem to be able to no-sweatily keep pace with a fully tuned Porsche GT in their [Crown Vics and BMW X5's] *[they look similar to the real world cars in my opinion] So if your looking for a racing game with some good options, I would take this one over Most Wanted.Get more detail about Fast and the Furious.
Pursuit Force Right now
Pursuit Force is a very addictive game with a level of quality rarely seen on the psp. There is no exact first mission, in fact you can pick what gang you want to face first although you eventually have to defeat all the aquired missions to go on to others but nonetheless it doesn't halt the action in anyway.
Pursuit force puts you as a rookie cop trying to make it as a pursuit force officer, through this you will go through the missions as him. The more missions you complete the higher your rank gets. Even then for every rank you get, you also acquire bonuses such as agilty and regeneration. The game pits you intense action where you must jump from car to car and successfully "hijack" the vehicle.
The game has dozens of vehicles to chose from, boats, motorcycles, helicopters, 4x4's, sedans and convertibles. The game doesn't stop there though as not only does it have a career mode but extra modes for extra gameplay. The only downside is there is not enough modes to suit an elite gamers hunger but it still has modes which shows that it wasn't just a " let's make some money" kind of game, such as dice *cough*. One expierience that many gamers hate in certain genres are escort missions oddly eenough because of the jumping manuver the escort missions in Pursuit force makes it fun. Trust me when I say you'll be wanting more.
It feels all so great at first but does eventually wear down as many levels can feel too repetitive. The basic gameplay is not without faults as you cannot cycle trough your weapons and when you don't feel the weapon you are currently using is not the right weapon you want to use it can feel forced. The helicopter minigun is hard to manuver but you can get used to it, but you can't pilot helicopters nor do you really have friend;y A.I except for escort missions which sets how much the game can do.
The gameplay isn't exactly unique but it has it's strong points, the jumping from car to car doesn't feel all that repetitive just for pure addictive reasons. The career is way too short and can take less than 6 hours to finish. Thankfully thats where the extra game modes come in. Though only two they still give you a reason to play besides the career. The lack multiplayer sets the games overall score down, not even to just race with your friends but it still is a unique expierience. In the end you feel for a definete sequel although its iffy whether one will be made.Rent or buy the game will get you hooked.

Discount Gran Turismo [Online Game Code - Full Game]
I own this game for my PSP go. The graphics are excellent and the game play is really smooth. The only downside is the way that you get cars, each "day" (which is about two races), the dealerships change. Also, there is no defined career mode. These things do not at all effect the fun of the game. The graphics are excellent for the PSP, and the detail put into the cars and levels it great. The physics on this game are almost like real-life physics, and the cars drive almost identical to there real-life counterparts. Also, there are so many cars (almost 1000) to choose from, you can get anything from a Ferrari to a Honda Odyssey. This game is fun to play and is very realistic, but if you like "arcade" racers this might not be your game. This game shows off the graphics power of the PSP, and is a really fun game to play.Get more detail about Gran Turismo [Online Game Code - Full Game].

Cheapest Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII with Limited Edition UMD Case
Love it or hate it, it's hard to deny that Final Fantasy VII at least moved the long loved series forward on the technical level. Today the blocky 3D figures of Cloud, Tifa and company might not be the easiest on the eyes, but back when it originally released in 1997 it was a sight to behold. From there on out, each subsequent Final Fantasy game managed to push the limits of the hardware for whatever console it was released on, and with Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, that statement still holds true.
Not only is Crisis Core one of the best looking PSP games on the market today, but it also marks the best spin-off Final Fantasy title that has come out of Square's big Final Fantasy VII Compilation effort, easily blowing away such dredge as Dirge of Cerberus. I'd even say this marks the best non-main Final Fantasy title to date, so the big fans of the series shouldn't be disappointed in the least.
For those of you that haven't been madly anticipating the title, Crisis Core revolves around the tale of Zack, a character only mentioned thru back-story in Final Fantasy VII. Friend of Cloud, fellow Soldier member, and love interest for Aerith, Crisis Core focuses strictly on Zack. There is no stone left uncovered when it comes to his history with Shinra, Sephiroth, and others.
Fans will be happy to see plenty of cameo appearances by other recognizable faces, but Square Enix does a great job of reigning themselves in, and they manage to not contradict the events in later titles, as any good prequel should. Instead they manage to fill in the small holes from what little we already know about Zack, and expand upon that story without being overly heavy handed in both dialogue and plot, a problem that many had with the CGI film Advent Children.
There is some beautiful CGI featured in Crisis Core as well, but it manages to actually take a backseat to the story, and outside of a couple scenes Square Enix manages to keep the action as realistic as possible (as real as magic and what not can get). This helps to ground this tragic tale into the hearts of fans that have had an emotional investment in these characters for nearly 10 years.
However, while plot and story make up the substance of any good Final Fantasy title, how does the game actually play? Taking away the standard turn based RPG mechanics of most Final Fantasy titles, Crisis Core uses a real time action style similar to the Kingdom Hearts titles by Square Enix. However, while many lament that you can simply "button mash" your way thru most of KH, that tactic will get you killed quickly in Crisis Core. Along with your basic attack button you also have a dodge and block (Square and Triangle), and the real trick to most fights is anticipating an attack by watching for a telltale attack animation and dodging at the right time. When it's successful you can even end up behind your opponent, which will allow you to land critical hits until the enemy reorients themselves to face you.
Along with your basic attacks you can also equip materia, small stones that played heavily into the magic system of the original title, that allow you access to various spells. All of the standard spells appear here, and you can level up each materia to a maximum of 4 levels. Later in the game you'll gain the ability to create new materia by fusing stones together, and eventually you'll gain the ability to toss items into the mix. On top of this, some materia will contain various bonuses, such as a percentage added to HP or MP along with just the standard magic attack, so you'll want to experiment with as many combinations as possible.
You're also given two equipment slots (later expandable to four), and with these you can add on items found throughout the game that can either enhance your HP, MP, and AP, or even block or lessen certain status effects. All together, you can pretty much customize Zack however you see fit, but I found that as I advanced towards the end that I felt a bit overpowered, especially considering how easy it is to hit your HP cap early on using items and materia.
The L and R buttons handle cycling thru magic on the battlefield, and while certain fights can feel a bit frantic, you shouldn't have any trouble getting the hang of things. Simply run away from your opponents if you feel you need more time, since most magic attacks have a limited range. The biggest hassle has to be clicking on items and then cycling thru the list of available items just to find a much needed remedy or elixir. However, as you get the hang of combat you should find yourself adapting to everything with ease.
All battles are random, and at times a bit too frequent for my tastes. Also, simply running away from a battle is a difficult since you have to look for the exit, especially in side mission areas where everything tends to look the same. Enemies aren't particularly smart or challenging, but if you're not paying attention they can gang up on you quickly, and you'll take quite a beating for it. If you opt to complete some of the harder side missions later in the game you'll come across the cheapness of the spell Death, which always hits you unless you manage to interrupt the spell by attacking the caster. Otherwise, be sure to have plenty of Phoenix Downs on hand, which you need to cast on yourself prior to being killed.
The main storyline isn't particularly long (or challenging) but at every save point you're able to access a ton of side missions, laid out in groups depending on the "story" involved. There isn't actually a lot of story involved in the quests, and certainly nothing that impacts the main storyline, but they provide bite sized sections of combat perfect for players wanting something quick to run thru on their way to work or while on a lunch break. There are over 300 side quests to make your way thru, and they end up being the best way to gain summons, equipment, and rare materia throughout. At 20 hours on my final play, I had only thirty-eight percent of the side quests finished, so needless to say these missions can keep you busy for quite some time. For the most part they're also fun to play thru, but a bit repetitive. It's not until you run into the "very hard" section of quests that you'll find some cheap enemy tactics that might be a bit hard to stomach for most casual players.
The soundtrack of Crisis Core is also worth noting. While many can argue the merits of Final Fantasy VII's original tunes by Uematsu until they're blue in the face, it's hard to deny that most of the tracks featured in Crisis Core are solid, if not spectacular. A few of them end up being remixes from the Final Fantasy VII, but they're just as good, if not better, than the originals. In particular the opening theme at the title screen is fantastic, and the remixed melody of Aerith's theme is outstanding as well. Kudos to Takeharu Ishimoto for not simply rehashing that stuff we've heard over and over again, and really breathing new life into some fond memories of these familiar themes, along with introducing some fantastic new tunes.
Along with the musical score, Crisis Core's voice over work is pretty well done. I never felt that any one particular voice stood out as something incredible, such as Balthier from Final Fantasy 12, but on the other side of things there wasn't a bad apple in the group. Something to note is that Aerith finally receives a decent voice actor (not Suvari or Moore), and it finally manages to fit her character quite well.
I had a few other minor issues with the game that don't fall into any particular category, but here they are. While you can skip the FMV animations for summons, you can't skip them for the limit break attacks, which are nearly as long and far more frequent than your summoning spells. Also, the slot reel system needs a far better explanation, and having it tied into your leveling system is pretty confusing.
Basically, the reels are always spinning while in combat, with certain number combos granting you status bonuses, such as no casting cost, limited invincibility, and so on. However, when the faces on the left and right reels match, the slot reel (or DMW) will take over the screen, usually ending up with the middle reel matching the left and right, which will take you into a limit break depending on which character is showing. These can also lead into a separate reel that contains your summons, and if you manage to match faces on that reel you'll perform a summoning attack instead. Along with this, when you manage to hit all 7's on the reels during a limit break / summon situation, Zack will level up. Also, if you manage to hit the same two numbers side by side, you'll level up an equipped materia depending on the order you have them equipped. For instance, if you hit a 5 in the left and middle reel, then you'll level up whatever materia you have equipped in the fifth slot of your inventory.
Confused yet? It's actually pretty simple, but the mechanics of getting the DMW to pop up are a pretty big mystery. Above the slot reel you'll have a colored meter that represents your current limit break state. Most of the time this meter will stay normal, however certain events (and even a limit break) can cause it to change, all the way up to Heavenly. At this point you'll encounter more matching faces on the reel, which in turn will cause you to perform more limit breaks or summons. Once you enter that full screen DMW mode, the current level that your limit break meter is at will decrease, and it will eventually fall back to normal. On top of all this is the SP meter, which rests above both of these things. The best I could figure is that SP is basically experience points. Each enemy you kill will give you a certain amount of SP, and I figure this is the way the system keeps track of when you SHOULD be leveling up. There's nothing in the game that tells you when you'll level, but the pace is pretty spot on for the story, so leveling isn't nearly as random as it seems.
So outside of my issues with the DMW system, and some minor things like the unskippable animations for limit breaks, Crisis Core stands out as not only a fantastic Final Fantasy title, but one of the best games on the PSP to date. That's saying something in light in the pretty stellar year the system saw in '07, so hopefully you system owners out there will take my word for it and pick this one up. Great action in small bursts, and a fairly level headed storyline that won't leave you scratching your head. Even if your memory of Final Fantasy VII isn't as fond as others, Crisis Core still manages to be a fantastic game worthy of your attention.

Buy Traxxpad: Portable Studio
I made some nice beats over and over with traxxpad, and fast too. It's really perplexing how they could have just added a couple more features and made the menus so you don't have to continuously go back and forth when you want to load new sounds etc. It seems this tool is full of these sorts of little bugs that would be easy to fix yet cripple the program so much. I used this for a while and even tried to compile a whole song with four beats put together, turns out there is no feature to let your sequences finish their notes when they switch so there is a hard cut off when the sequences end, pretty much cripples actual song making. It would be awesome if they would fix all these bugs and maybe even give it MIDI support via the usb port (dream on). Oh yeah, and it wouldn't hurt to make it so every note doesn't have to be perfectly lined up in the boxes, it can really make your beats not fit properly when you want it too. Other than this though this is still one of the most intuitive beat programs I've ever used but easily could have been much better, what happened?Get more detail about Traxxpad: Portable Studio.

Order Major League Baseball 2K9
I rented this from Gamefly and spent a couple weeks with it. I didn't even bother with the normal gameplay of single and season games, as I had no interest in that feature. The "Career" mode in MLB The Show has me spoiled for normal gameplay and I just cannot get into playing every single player on the field.
What I did find interesting and engaging was the GM and managerial modes in this game. It allows you to take the reins of any MLB team and guide them to victory on the field by managing the games in non-action format. The GM mode allows you to conduct a player draft of all players in the game, filling out your roster within a budget determined by the team you choose and the type of owner that is randomly selected for each team.
The "owner" gives you various goals throughout the season, such as getting rid of a particular player, generating an operating profit, working within a specified budget, etc. As you complete goals, you get boosts to your GM rating and your operating budget. The AI will propose trades or you can create your own and try to get the AI to accept a particular proposal. The AI is competent enough in this area.
You can play, simulate or manage your team's games as you proceed through each season. I chose to manage the games and this mode is pretty good, though incomplete in some ways.
The most notable shortcomings and "incomplete features" in the game are:
1. The game has pictures of most of the players in the game that you can see when you look at their stats and when they bat or pitch. For some unknown reason, the game lacks a picture of Tim Lincecum, the guy they have on the cover. How they could possibly overlook this is beyond me. It mades me wonder what else is missing that I couldn't see right away.
2. When managing a game there is no way to access the team's bullpen, to get someone warming up, during the offensive half of an inning.
3. I could find no way to make a double-switch.
4. When managing a game, if there is an injury to a player, the game automatically makes a sub for you and gives you no chance to make your own sub.
5. When the game makes an automatic injury sub, it also changes the lineups you have so carefully crafted. This is highly annoying.
6. There is no way to turn off the music in the menus, at least not that I could find. While the music is pretty good, there aren't many songs and they get old after a time or two through. Also, I just hate to have music in my game menus for games like this. It is distracting a waste of game development resources that could be put to better use in fixing the shortcomings and bugs in the game.
7. The game crashed on a couple times, locking up my PSP such that I had to remove the battery to get it to restart.
Overall the game is OK. It has some good points, but some bad ones as well. The on-field gameplay and career mode in MLB The Show is so compelling that it would be hard for 2K to keep up without copying that aspect. I tried the on-field gameplay in the PS3 version of this game and it was just horrible - bad graphics and bad controls - so didn't even bother with the PSP version's field play.
Overall I'd say the game is worth $10, maybe $15 at the most. I won't buy it at $20 and will wait for it to come down some more. Tim Lincecum is my favorite player in the Majors and I would like to have the game with him on the cover for no other reason than that, but I'll wait a while to get it at a price I think it is worth for a picture and a somewhat enjoyable GM/manager mode. Meanwhile, I'll continue to play my pitching career on MLB The Show and enjoy that far superior game with less warts and shortcomings.Get more detail about Major League Baseball 2K9.

Where To Buy World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions
The graphics in this WSOP version are great, compared with the first, which were sketchy and weird. I have played this game a few hours and its very entertaining, and challenging. The AI is smart enough for most people, maybe not for a few "geniuses" in the reviews who beat every tournament in a few hours. If they were that smart, I would be playing live tournaments getting rich, just a little thought.
I have won about 3 tournaments in this game, but believe me, they're hard. I highly recommend it.
P.D. There's plenty of tournaments and if you play all of them, you advance to next year's.
One minor flaw, the "ambience" sound sucks. Its a repetitive 5 second noise, with the same pots in the "kitchen" falling over, and over again. I just turn it off.Get more detail about World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions.

Arrived from Hitgaming in perfect condition and 7 days early.
The loading times are rather long, but it only bothers me when it has

7 Wonders of the Ancient World Best Quality
Although another matching blocks game, this one stands out with a set goal to achieve (building the monuments), and the backgrounds help mix up the formula a bit. You start out with the usual square grid full of blocks, but as you progress the grid itself starts to change shape, adding to the difficulty. After all, it can be very hard to match three or more blocks when you are only given two columns right next to each other. You have to have a good deal of patience, but you also have to be on your toes all the time. There are plenty of powerups available to help you out as well. The controls are easy to understand and use; the colors are vibrant and the shapes stand out from each other quite clearly. In addition to the normal Bejeweled-style gameplay, you can also tackle the "Rune Quest" section of the game, where you try to match up a certain number of particular blocks before time runs out. The developers have done a great job of adding some excitement and variety to a common idea. My only real pet peeve with this game is that once you build all of the seven monuments, there is nowhere else to go after that. All you can do is start over with the exact same task. I think the company could have expanded more on the main game, adding more tasks, but it is still very entertaining. If you like Bejeweled and the other games like it, I suggest you give this one a try.Get more detail about 7 Wonders of the Ancient World.

I'm a big PuzzleQuest fan, and thought I would try Puzzle Chronicles looking for another puzzle game that had some RPG elements worked into it. Puzzle Chronicles was a big disappointment. The graphics look like they are ported from a PS1 game, and the load times are horrendously slow on my PSP. The gameplay is inferior to a puzzle game such as PuzzleQuest. NeverLand Card Battles Order Now
I had never heard of this game and upon seeing the title decided long ago to pass on it since titles like Disgaea afternoon of darkness were coming out.
I Almost missed the proverbial bus on this game! it's a fun blend of turn based strategy with card battles instead of the usual
attack/defend/guard formulas of old.
while the graphics aren't stunning the voice work is very good
and the art on the cutscenes is exceptional.
the game is fairly simple to pick up and play if you're a card gamer like me. the combination of needing to "conquer" land to summon monsters and cast spells had a very big "Magic the gathering" feel to it and anyone whom played battlemage on ps1 will want to look at this title. though not real time like battlemage the card selection and battles themselves can get very strategic and are a blast.
I'd recommend this game to any fan of card battlers
or turn based rpgs.
Graphics: not really up to snuff 3 stars
Sound: excellent voice work and decent sound fx 4 stars
gameplay: pick up and play simple. 5 stars!
Fun: a blast to play and a great pportable game 5 stars!
Overall:
while this game may not be for everyone card game fans and turn based rpg/strategy fans should definately download the demo (available now from the playstation store) and make the decision for yourself. I however love it and recommend it. 4 stars!Get more detail about NeverLand Card Battles.

When i bought this game, i thought it was like FPS, but no, is more like killzone liberation, a third point of view. I would recomend to rent first. the graphics are alright. It just game lacks it when you lock some one, and then you want to switch targets.Get more detail about SWAT: Target Liberty.
The Legend of Heroes II Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch Right now
If you were caught up in the original RPG's, like Final Fantasy for the NES or PS1, you will enjoy this franchise. The graphics are cute and it is a typical Japanese RPG. I was addicted to Legends of Heroes III, that I had to go and get one and two. They don't go hand in hand together, but they are entertaining and have wonderful translation mess ups! The story line is good, not great, but some of the translations make up for that. I don't like to give spoilers, so I will keep this review simple. I will say that it is fun.Get more detail about The Legend of Heroes II Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch.

Lowest Price Undead Knights
Anyone familiar with Koei's (now Koei Tecmo) Dynasty Warriors franchise will be right at home with Undead Knights. The graphics are great for a psp title, outdoing Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce in detail and art direction and the CG intro is great! Gameplay centers around the hook of being able to "convert" enemies into zombies and use them in your own miniature zombie army. You can send the zombies out to perform various tasks and attack your foes or even use them as weapons by tossing them, and the easy-as-pie control configuration ensures the game is instantly accessible. I liked that there were 3 different protagonists to choose from, and that you can also attack on your own and arent relegated to relying soley on your zombie horde (what fun would that be?). I was happy also that you're not bogged down by tons of mission screens and briefing, freeing you up to jump right into the action. All in all I enjoyed Undead Knights. I'd reccoment it to anyone who'a a fan of those you-versus-all-of-them kinds of games.Get more detail about Undead Knights.
Low Price Aedis Eclipse: Generation of Chaos
I personally love this game im a big fan of this game and I will admit that it did take me a long time to get use to the menus and understand what to do. If you have a low patience level in video games I suggest you stay away of this title as they have done extremely little from the first title to fix menu clutter etc. The game does have a tutorial but it really misses out alot on the important stuff and you are still left very confused and lost without a paddle. What this game is 5 stars in is the depth of the gameplay, very deep stragegy and there is lots of flexibility. Tons of classes to choose from over 30 in total.

Cheapest Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings
In spite of the poor reviews obtained so far, I really enjoyed this game. I enjoyed it because it was something most anyone who has seen the Indiana Jones films can relate to. Granted, I was expecting more puzzle solving, and more climbing around in Tombs and Temples like TR, but over all, this game did well enough to stand on its own two feet.
I liked the music, as its the same as the sound track from the feature films. I thought graphics were for the most part excellent. It was not true lifelike which is what some are expecting today, and is an unrealistic expectation, but it also was not cartoonish which is a turn off for me, and hence why I avoided the Lego version.
Camera angles were not bad, but there were some spots where they were quite annoying, but they were rare.
Controls I thought were excellent. I like the idea that the analog stick actually moved the character around instead of having to fumble with the directional arrows. Indie for the most part almost always obeyed my commands. Hints during game play were prolific, but helpful, and required you to be fast with your hands to press the correct button or do the correct move or it cost you. Most actions performed very well and as intended. I did have some trouble with the balancing where the game did not seem to respond very well to the R and L button pushing to keep balance. Also, during the final boss fight, Indie would get out of camera sight a lot and would not respond to commands as quick as I liked resulting in him getting his butt kicked.
There were complaints of a poor story line, or no story line. I thought the story line was clear from the beginning the same as it usually is in the feature films. Indie gets word of an ancient artifact (The Staff), and goes out on request to seek clues to its location, finds same, and follows them. Were there some inconsistencies, it depends, I would call them incomplete scenes. For example, Indie has to release two aircraft from the zepplins hangar and take off in a third plane to escape all while fighting bad guys. So you fight, and manage to release the planes then the level ends, and you end up elsewhere on the zepplin. What happened to leaving in the third plane? But over all, it does not take away from the game, you still have to progress through the levels to beat the game.
Levels sometimes did feel a little too short, and some were quite easy. Others were just a pain and you were grateful they were short. Outside of the last boss level, I don't think any of the levels were that hard, and should be beatable by most gamers. Advanced gamers, will find this game a bit too easy. Personally, I liked the shorter levels and found them packed with lot of goals, which in most cases were obtainable.
The designers gave the players opportunities to increase our strength, and health and damage inflicted. But it all depends on how well you do in each level and how many of the level's goals you achieve. For those you earn points, which you can use to increase the levels of the various items mentioned above.
For those who care, there is a lot of punching and hand to hand fighting. As the game progresses, Indie can use objects to help him out such as chairs, bottles, shields etc. There is no blood or gore in this game so I'd say its safe for younger players in that regard. There are also not a lot of gimmicks for Indie. You sometimes have a revolver, and you always have your whip. Other than those two items, its only what you can pick up, or interact with.
There are NO walk throughs for this PSP version of the game. None are really needed, as the game is fairly intiutive. There are a few levels where you really do not have any idea what to do or where to go. Just wing it, and figure it out as you go, its not that hard.
The hardest part of the whole game is the last boss level aboard the zepplin. I will give some hints here as I needed them badly and died many times before I figured out what I needed to do.
You will enter a room with book cases on three walls and a piano in the corner. Placed in a semi-circle in the middle of the room are a few statues. The balance of the walls are windows and there is a desk and chair. The boss is up on a platform above and dares you to come get the staff. As you enter two thugs attack, and take your pistol so your left with your whip. Around the room are some vases, these are worthless so do not mess with them. To your left is a globe, this is also useless. Off to the right is a suit of armor. This is an important piece. There is an artifact pick up behind it, and one behind the desk with a medi-pack. What you want to do is take out only one of the thugs by fist fight. Then, work your way around so the other guy has had a few punches and is now between you and the suit of armor. Use the triangle button to shove him into the suit of armor. The thing falls apart, but leaves a mace and a shield on the floor. If you break the suit of armor too soon, the thugs will pick the mace up and use it and it will be gone later so the idea is to free the shield and mace and quickly finish off the second thug.
This brings a cut scene where the boss comes down a ladder and drop kicks Indie. He goes to the desk and loads a sub machine gun while taunting you. When you regain control, he starts shooting and your behind one of the statues. Wait until he is out of ammo and reloading and run to the desk and pick up a shield on it and quickly charge the boss and get a few hits in. You will only get a few punches in before another cut scene and Indie disarms the boss making the fight a little more even. Not really. Your normal punches are worthless against the boss unless he is stunned. The boss will chase you, but if you keep moving you should be able to stay ahead of him. You can pick up the artifacts at any time, and the medi-pak when you need it. As you run around the room, you will notice a brown triangle appear. This is your cue that you can pick an object up, like a book from the book case or a brief case from a corner or the shield from the suit of armor. Try to make sure your a little distance away from the boss, pick the item up and as the boss approaches be facing him and use X to toss the object at the boss. If you were not too far away, and hit your target, it will stun him for a moment and you can quickly get a few punches in on him then run. There are about 5 books on the shelfs, a brief case by the door where you came in and the shield by the suit of armor. Use as many as you can. If the boss catches up with you and starts punching you, it will stun you and its very hard to break away. A bonus hit is standing in front of the piano, and as the boss approaches, you'll see a yellow triangle, its quick, but if you get the button press in, Indie will grab the boss and bust his head into the keyboard knocking him out. It only lasts a second or two, and it takes NO health from the boss so just use it to get the extra points, and time to run.
After you've softened up the boss, and he has softened you up a bit, you will have no more objects to toss at the boss and will be wondering how the heck do you defeat this guy. Go for the mace from the suit of armor. Start laying into the boss with it. Another cut scene ensues. When you regain control of Indie, the boss will not seem to punch as much or as hard, but will be hell bent on charging into you with a body slam. Get between him and any of the statues, and move as soon as he charges you. He should ram the statute, breaking it apart, and taking some damage. Once the statue is broken you can pick up a piece of stone from it and toss it at the boss just like you did with the books, but the stone does a little damage too. Move in and get some punches in. Eventually you will defeat the boss, and the final cut scene plays.
There is one more escape level to play after the big boss fight to end the game.
Over all I enjoyed this game. It was not too too hard, but difficult enough that it was not a push over. Some levels are tough to figure out what to do in at first, but that's all part of the fun. Controls were excellent for the most part, and camera angles were better than average almost all the time. The story line was typical Indiana Jones, and the graphics were excellent. Some levels were a bit short, and yeah, the game could have been a little longer, and had more tombs, crypts, and puzzles, but over all I would still recommend this game for all but the well advanced gamer who would probably find it too easy and boring.Get more detail about Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings.

Buying Sony PSP Game Case - Blue
good looking soft case w/ decent protection. holds 3 games, extra battery, and earphones in top compartment. a strap to hold psp securely. this is a compact case and it's not recommended to stuff it with no more than 3 or 4 games w/ 1 extra battery and possibly an earphone. it seems to be constructed well w/ good zippers. if you want something small and compact to carry your psp and at the same time protect it, this is a must buy.Get more detail about Sony PSP Game Case - Blue.

Where To Buy Scarface Money Power Respect
I am a huge fan of the scarface movie and Al Pacino movies in general. I remember Scarface had resurfaced in popularity in New York during the time of this game, and I bought it the week it came out. I kept seeing those commercials and reviews and the game looks like Grand Theft Auto...I figured with 2 GTA games out on the PSP that played very similarly to it's console counterpart, that Scarface would be the same on the PSP. The commercials never showed how the PSP game looked, they just showed gameplay from the consoles and mentioned "Also on the PSP".
I went to purchase this game (NEW), opened it and popped it in. I saw nothing that resembled the gameplay on TV. It's basically gang wars, except you; the player do nothing but press and click. No skill needed whatsoever, just keep clicking away. The PSP version of scarface has no cool movies, or footage, or gameplay...It's just playing Risk (The Board Game) on your PSP, with a gang war twist. That's it. So if you want to play RISK, on your PSP, then maybe this game is what you're looking for. However chances are if you've looked here, you want to play Scarface. DO NOT buy this game. Save yourself from the boredom. I spent 40 bucks on this, and only got about 5 back...within the same week of purchase. This game isn't even worth a rent. In my opinion do not even waste your time.Get more detail about Scarface Money Power Respect.

Sony PSP to HDTV Component Cable for AV Output
I've had this cable for about a month and it works like a charm. Sure does seem like it's a Sony brand, but better. R-Type Command Review
R-Type Command is faithful to the series, even in it's big turn from shooter to command style genre. I counted about 77 ships playable throughout the whole game, and overall, you'll get lost in the depth of the story, which is rather intriguing.
A must buy for anyone with a PSP and a love of R-Type.Get more detail about R-Type Command.

Guilty Gear Judgment This instant
I think the game concept is very good that you can use all the moves

if you can go online like tekken 6 with others and that would be more

DJ Max Fever Immediately
I purchased this game because it seemed very similar to IIDX. The first thing I noticed was the insane learning curve. On beginner mode, up to about level 5 songs are pretty easy. Then level 6 they just go insane. The patterns do not follow anything that is going on in the song, and even counting the beats didn't help. I was dissappointed the game wasn't more friendly to beginners. The music selection while large, offered very few songs I enjoyed.Get more detail about DJ Max Fever.
